Help a Newbie out?

Hey all. I'm a newbie and don't know where to find things on this site yet. I'm excited that there is so much information but a little lost....

Last year, while at WDW, a girl had the same book my kids use for autographs. It is an encyclopedia of characters. She had added new characters pages to the book and told me that she had bought them off of a lady she had met on the Dis boards.... Well, I have been a long time lurker here and can't seem to find where I would look for someone selling things, especially something in particular. Also, doesn't the guidelines prohibit posting items for sale? Should I give up hope trying to find the pages on this site? If so, any ideas where I may look for them?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

We do not allow things to be bought and sold on the DIS boards. No one should ever offer sell you something on our boards or in our Private Messaging-- it is a violation of the rules and should be reported if it happens.

We do have some really AWESOME people on the Creative DISigns board that will make designs for tshirts, invitations, autograph books etc that they share free of charge (if they ask for payment please let me know). They will provide you with the file/jpg/link and you will have to do the work to print them out and put it together in a book. They usually have directions to help you. You also might try looking on Etsy. Some of our members do have shops there that may have what you are looking for and that may be what the person meant.

I saw what you are talking about the other day on one of the creative boards. The pages aren't for sale. What you do is have the images sent from photo bucket to wherever you have your pics printed. They were really cute character pages.
