Help a newbie- Free Dining in Feb???

I know this is a loaded question, but how likley is it that Free dining will be offered the week of Feb 9th? I noticed that it is Mardi Gras week, but that Mardi Gras does not overlap presidents day as in years past. In those years you had to get there the Thursday before to get it. That isn't possible for us. Anyone have any opinions as to wether it will be blacked out this year, or wether free dining will even be offered in Feb?

It doesn't completely break down the dates, so other pages show that free dining was offered for check-ins on the following dates:

2/3 - 2/11 2011
2/25 - 3/3 2011
1/22 - 2/4 2012
2/12 - 2/18 2012
