Help a Discovery Cove newbie!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok, I am a Disney expert, but a friend of mine wants to plan a trip to Discovery Cove for January 2010. Well I can't tell her a thing about it, or even how to go about getting a cheap price on it. Boy I sure could help her with a Disney trip, but I need help with DC. How would January be with swimming with the dolphins and how can I get a great price? Also, any tips on where to stay with a party of five?

I booked my date about half a year ahead to receive a discount on the tickets from the DC website!

DC is good at any weather! The have long wet suits if it's colder and the water has the same temperature all year round!

I was staying at the Hilton Hotel which was a little walk to DC (or taxi for $5 - $7).
