HELP! 3rd BDay-loves Cars and Mickey

My son turns 3 tomorrow and today I get the grand idea to make him a t-shirt to wear to school I LOVE the designs on here and wish that I was creative as all of you.

His name is Evan and he loves Cars and Mickey Mouse. I am just looking for someting simple that says he is celebrating his 3rd birthday. I appreciate anything you can provide
