Help! 2 day ticket/get 3rd free question

Two days ago I ordered the " 2 day, get 3rd free" tickets through the Fan Club website. Received the tix this morning and they say 2 day, no mention of the 3rd day on the tickets or invoice. Is this normal? I called Customer Service but was told I'd get a call back but probably not today. The rep said that all ticket sales are final, so if I have the wrong tix, what then? Have any of you ever ordered these tix, if so, what do they say on them? Are they supposed to say 3 day?

Hi,

I just got back and used these tickets. I too, was confused when mine came in the mail.

But all you have to do is take the tix to Guest Services at the park entrance when you first arrive, and they add the extra day there.

They will actually give you a new ticket that must be used within 6 days of first use once you add the third day.

Thank you Mary, that makes sense. I'd hate to get there and be told our tickets are for only two days after I just changed our reservations from two to three nights!

Can you exchange all 2 day tickets to get a 3rd day free? I bought 2 day tickets 6 mos ago. We are now staying 3 nights at PBH and need another day. I was going to just by extra tickets at the window. TIA

I think u can use any two day ticket as there isn't a special ticket too use so u should be fine just ask at guest services

I was planning on buying this ticket too, but I'm concerned because I am using it for our trip in Aug. When the time comes, how will they know that I have purchased a buy2 /get 3 day pass? The only reason I am considering buying the pass now is because I was told prices are going up Jan.1st!
