Help 1st Booking banking/borrowing ?

hello everyone,

i would like if possible your help because it will be my first time booking DVC with my point

my use month is october

i have 70 points from october 2014 to use before 30/09/15
and i will have 70 point from october 2015

i would like to book for 140 points to stay in october 2015 and i don't know if it's possible

i think i need to bank my 2014 point to book after for october 2015, i am right ?

but could i use my future 70 points from october 2015 to book others nights always in october 2015 ?

Yes, you would have to bank your 2014 UY points to your 2015 UY. To book a trip for 140 points starting after 10/1/2015 or using your date method 1/10/2015.
You should be booking this right away cause you are already within your 11 month booking window. This is heavy DVC use time due to EPCOT F&W and MK MNSSHP. Remember it is when you travel that the points must be available not when you book.

UY is based on when you "use" the pts for a stay. nothing at all to do with when you call to book (that is only based on home resort.)

those oct 2015 pts are "current" for an oct 2015 stay, which you could have booked at 11 months out (in november 2014) for your home resort.

since your stay falls within your 2015 UY (oct 2015 to sept 2016), you can use current 2015 UY pts + banked 2014 UY pts (if any. and yes, they need to be banked before you can use them to reserve a stay in your 2015 UY) + borrowed 2016 UY pts (if needed, and yes, you can use these even if you called in nov 2014 to book).
