It’s almost time for a new set of food professionals to face off in Gordon Ramsay’s kitchen to see who can handle the heat.

Hell’s Kitchen is a reality competition series that pits chefs, cooks and other culinary professionals against one another as they attempt to impress celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay and win a job at one of his restaurants.

Wow, momrek06, you've really done your homework! I didn't know that the information about the competitors was out.

I'm looking forward to this show very much. I enjoy watching it with my kids.

I am a big fan of Cake Boss too. Especially since my DD was a culinary-pastry student. A much more entertaining show than Ace of Cakes.

LOL - Hells Kitchen is the ultimate in bad reality TV, but it is SOOOOOO good. My wife and I LOVE this show!!!

Hell's Kitchen is one of those reality shows that never changes, but you love to watch anyway.

We all know the drill:

1) contestants are introduced, with some making you wonder how they manage to pour a glass of water, much less cook;
2) First challenge: cook your special dish. Ramsey will hate 99 percent of them.
3) First dinner service: Ramsey screams and yells.
4) First ejection.
5) team challenge; loser has to prep, winners go out with Ramsey.
6) Second dinner service: Ramsey screams and yells.
7) Second ejection.
8) Repeat nos. 5, 6 and 7 for rest of season.

Gordon Ramsey is the show. There is something fun about watching him lose control. I would not be able to tell the difference between the various seasons, but my wife and I will again watch every single episode of the new season.
