Hell's Kitchen - New Season

I was thinking the same thing with the girl that made the french toast :lmao:

I just do not "feel" a winner here ;) I think Chef will have a heart attack before someone wins .

Van is making feel bad for being from Dallas . He is such a HillBillie .. Really Van YEAH HAW????

I agree :thumbsup2
they all look like idiots.
they certainly do not compare to the caliber that is on top chef!

oh, btw, watched the firetruck scene on slomo.. definately not part of the Joseph/Ramsey argument. it must be some kind of task where all tehse firefighters show up at night. I could not tell if Joseph was in the mix ( Ramsey should kick himout right away.)

Is it just me or the gal who got the boot...the lady with the wild eyes......was she FLIRTING with Chef Ramsey when she brought her dish forward for him to taste? I think she was stoned off her rocker. LOL

Should be a good season but I really don't see any good picks in the bunch. How do these people even get there anyway? The diner guy who made gravy and biscuits and the french toast lady? What were they thinking? LOL LOL

I thought the same exact thing while I watched it.

I think my jaw must have hit the floor when Joseph got in Chef Ramsey's face. If you really want the job, why would you be threatening to to fight your potential boss? That's just insane.

I wasn't too shocked that he brought Robert back. But I wish it would have been Ji from last season. She left because of an injury as well but it was much earlier in the season. I would have liked to see what she could have done if she had the chance to go on.

I completely agree. With Robert being the size he is, I think he may continue to have ongoing health issues during this season but Ji had an injury that was going to heal. As soon as she left DH and I thought for sure he'd bring her back next (this) season....she really seemed to have potential.

what a great show last night. can't wait for next week! "louie" owns the diner in my town. I can't believe he cooked sausage graveyand biscuits for chef ramsey? what was he thinking

Have you ever had his sausage gravy and biscuits? My DF LOVES sausage gravy and biscuits!

I enjoyed the first episode - I just wish it wouldn't have been a cliff hanger like that! Oh well, there's always next week! :)

Before I say anything, what episode are we on? Fox has episodes 1 & 2 online, so I don't want to say anything I shouldn't.

I don't know if he has done tours but I am surprised he sassed Gordon that way. He wants to win a position, Gorden is his ticket there and he baits him that way? I see some anger management issues here :rolleyes1 It is not like the contestants don;t know what they are going to encounter on this show. Gorden yells. They obey. Period.

I do agree with this statement 100 %. Maybe the anger issues is why he is not military anymore??? I wonder if he sassed his co that way???

It was on for two hours this week, but broken down into two episodes. So whatever they have online has already been shown.

I think Joseph is a plant...no one would be that disrespectful after being asked a simple question.

Love this show, I was so happily surprised when I saw it was on!!

I was cracking up when Louie presented his sausage and gravy to chef Ramsey. When he said he sold "gallons" of it and that he charged $4.75 plus coffee I almost died!! Ramsey is very sophisitcated and Louie's dish looked like slop. I'm sure it's good, but it's diner food, not the simple, fresh, elegant food that Ramsey is known for.

I was happy to see Robert back, I hope he got a doctors clearance to do the show. So far, I am rooting for him.

I think Joseph (and maybe a couple of the other guys) is a complete psycho! That's the kind of guy you stay well away from. How on earth did he get past the producers in the first place?

I only just watched the new season last night...wow, what a night. I am glad Melinda is gone. Her glaring eyes were annoying...she didn't seem to speak just STARE. :headache: Joseph...what is up with him? So rude. :headache: AND Van and his attitude...esp with JP? :headache:

I was so thrilled to see the men go to "The Cannery" in my city. The Cannery is fabulous and NB is a beautiful city in SoCal to visit. The men seemed to really enjoy themselves!! :goodvibes

A pp said that Joseph might be a "plant".....why would HK or GR have a plant on the show?

That's what DH said too!

I am all caught up. :thumbsup2

This group looks like a lost cause. I think people coming on the show now have seen the show enough and think they can act like Chef Ramsey. Like maybe they will get along better on the show or something.

Joseph has some serious issues. He doesn't act like someone that was in the military. They tell you what to do and when and you do it. Now all of a sudden he can't answer a direct question.

I agree with the poster that said Chef is going to have a stroke from dealing with this group. :scared:
