HELLP!! need to get from BB to GF to AKL

On June 13th, we are going to BB and then off to the Spa at GF. We have 3:00 Spa appointment. What is the fastest way to get there and how long will it take? After the Spa appointment, we need to get back to AKL for dinner ressies. What is the fastest way and how long will it take?

That shouldn't be too tough, but using Disney tranportation you'll want to give yourself a good 45-60 minutes for each trip. It should be a shorter trip, but you just never know.

You should be able to catch a bus from BB to the GF, but you may make a stop at DTD on the way. From the GF, I'd take the monorail one stop to the MK then walk over and catch the bus to AKL.

At least 60 minutes. You won't end up going to DTD, (thats for TL) but you may end up going to AK. Also, you will stop at one or more of the MK resrots before you get to GF.

thanks for the replies. Looks like I need to allot about an hour from BB to GF and then another hour from GF to AKL. Is it faster to take a cab from GF to AKL? How much would that cost

From Blizzard Beach, the bus will make a stop at Wilderness Lodge, and then continue onto the Grand Floridian. Travel time will be 15 minutes, give or take. Buses run every 15 minutes, give or take.

From the Grand Floridian, you'll want to take the Monorail to the Magic Kingdom. From the Magic Kingdom, hop on the AK Lodge bus. Monorails run every 7 minutes, and it will take 5-7 minutes to get to the MK. Buses run every 15 minutes, and it will take about 15 minutes to get to AKL.


I'd allow for a minimum of 45 minutes per journey, just to allow for wait time, transportation time, and the often forgotten walk time.

We've taken a cab from the AKL to the GF. It was $18 plus tip.

Thank you ducklite. How long did it take you to get from AKL to GF? Also, I read in the UG that the busses do not run very often in the middle of the afternoon to/from BB. Is this true? Does anyone know how often do they come?

Buses run approx every 15 minutes, all day long.
