Hellooooo - I'm back!

and boy ---- did I miss you all!!

Finally got our Home Highway installed this morning and within an hour of the guy arriving I was able to get online

The move went very smoothly and I love our new house - right bang in the middle of the countryside, so serene and tranquil

Slowly unpacking, but I made the decision before we moved that I was going to take my time, make sure I wanted everything as I unpacked, and then give everything a real good clean/polish/sparkle before putting it away. Anything that is not going to be used but that I want to keep is also being cleaned, checked for damages, repaired then wrapped and boxed with labels on the boxes! I didnt realise I could be so methodical but it is paying dividends already

I have loads of questions to ask about different stuff, but will get round to them soon - plus I hope to get a trip report started (if Shirley hasn't already told you all about the holiday that is! LOL)

Each time I go out, I have to make sure I take a map in case I get lost! LOL and the funniest thing so far was spotting the Fish and Chip van last night, just down the lane from our house. Smoke was bellowing out of the Flue and there was a queue ---- of 2 people!!!!!!! LOL. Somehow I dont see us making this a regular treat LOL. Mind you - it was early, the scheduled time for our village is 9pm Tuesday evenings - it was spotted at 8.45! LOL

Well - be back in full flow soon - but it is great to be home
