Hi, I just found out about this board today! I saw someone with a shirt for the boards today at work.

I am currently on the college program and I'm an attractions hostess for the Universe of Energy. I assume there are a few others out there that are on the program right now, hope you're having as much fun as me!

Alotta people hate on Universe of Energy because its such a long attraction, but I think its definitely worth checking out. I always recommend to everybody that goes to Epcot. Im going down January 11th under an operations role, maybe I will join you down there

It is a VERY long ride, but if nothing else, it's good for a mid-day nap. Although, we were talking about it the other day, they simply cannot get rid of UoE. We're the only ride on the East side without a height restriction! On the other hand though, having been there almost every day for the past semester, it seriously needs a refurb. Ya know, it's the only ride in Epcot that hasn't been refurb-ed since it re-opened as Ellen's Energy Adventure.

it's my opinion that Epcot needs to keep some of their 'dark rides'. They are classic, educational and most of the time, just darn cute! Even though it's been awhile since I've been on UoE, but I'm hoping to find the time this spring!
