Welcome! As for your question, I do not know exactly why he got into animation. I do know that he came up with the idea of Mickey Mouse while riding a train to LA. Hope this helps!

i just did a project on him but i'm not sure why he did i know that he liked to draw at a young age and that i guess started in animation but i'm not really sure

Oh, I just remembered that you could probably check biogrpahy.com to see if they have a bio on Walt Disney, which they probably do, and if they do, that would probably answer your question.
