I guess we should be happy about the weather though, right? Especially with all that's going on in the rest of the country. I have a bunch of stuff ordered online coming my way - and checking the tracking today - almost all of it is stuck in "severe weather delay"

Good morning!! I'm having more adventures in potty training!! I've tried the candy thing, the high praise with lots of hugs (still doing this), the switch to big kids undies, and breibery. Everything works for a couple days and then he reverts to "no, I'm not going to potty on the toilet". It's killing me. He's so bright and does everything else a big boy is supposed to do, but he won't go potty in the toilet!!!

You guys have been busy, I saw that I was 15 pages behind. I'm not going to try to read them, I'ld never leave my computer for the day if I tried!! Did I miss anything fun?

I know I have a couple of packages coming out of Illinois, so it will be a while I am sure. But, we are lucky, I am afraid that all this nice weather now that it will rain for my trip.

Oh good luck with the potty training you have to stick this out. It is hard I know but it eventually will kick in. I promise it does happen.

You didn't miss much we talked about Valentines day plans, American Idol and just general stuff I think.

Super!! I can't stay, I have to get my work out done. Today is a 30 minute Toning class. DH LOVES this work at home thing. I HAVE to clean the family room to do it. It still won't pass a gerneral's white glove inspection, but it stays cleaner longer.

Morning!

It was a good morning for me until I walked into the corner of the bed. I do this a lot since we got our bed from Ikea. It's got wood all around the sides, and this is the 3rd time I've done this. I have scars from the other 2 times and one was from 2 years ago. I need to put rubber on those corners or something. Especially if I'm going to be in and out of bed so much in a few months!

I do the same thing. Our bed has posts on all the corners. The ones at the end of the bed are short and about hip level on me. So i am always running my hip into them. Curse my big hips!

Potty training is frustrating. They do it on their own schedule. You can't force it if they're not doing it, and you can't take credit if they're doing it

I know what you mean I am keeping a close eye on weather. If it is rains, our possible trip will for sure be cancelled. After October and December rainy trips, I'm not gonna do it again in the rain I know that's not an option for you though so lots and lots and lots of

Ouch. That sounds no good. I'm the biggest klutz in my house and if there's something for me to run into, trip over, or hit with my head ... I'll do it.

I am glad I am not the only one. My bed is at shin level and those corners are sharp. I get nice big holes every time. I like the bed, but man is it dangerous for klutzes!

I second this!! You're new "package" will be walking before you know it. And, you know, they are really clumsy when they are learning, and fast. For the sake of your legs and baby's head, get rubber guards for those sharp cornners.

Yes! I will have to see if I can find rubber corners! For me and the baby. I kind of wish Dillon would walk into it just once, so he can stop teasing me about it and see how it feels!

It's actually a daughter That stuff I'm not sure about yet That's coming USPS priority mail from North Carolina - and the USPS is not as good as FEDEX/UPS on updating their website with where the package is. The other stuff is Nike stuff (new training shoes for DH & I) and some inkjet cartridges. Very exciting
