i am really committed to finally doing something about my weight and making a lifestyle change. for the past 2 weeks i have been counting calories and calories from fat, trying to stick to the food pyramid, and going to the gym 3-4x a week. it's not nearly as difficult as i thought it would be.

i need to lose a lot of weight, and i just went out and bought a scale so i can keep track of my progress.

hopefully this board will help keep me on track. :)
