Hello my name is Disney addict.....and she's not!

The last time I wrote a PTR/TR, it was 2009, DH and I were taking our first WDW trip together and it was super fun to plan!! This time, it's still super fun, but I'm planning for an extra 4 people. One of who is NOT into Disney at all. I convinced her that we should go on a Disney cruise-and add on a trip to the World! Sooooo....I totally have my work cut out for me to make her happy.

To get this started though-let me introduce you to US!

Me(Megan) I'm a 30 year old Disney addict from Western PA. I love anything that's Disney and am really excited to be going back to the World. DH and I were supposed to be there this December, but that didn't happen for one reason or another. My favorite character is Tigger and my favorite Princess is Aurora (I've loved Sleeping Beauty since I was 3!!)

DH(Ricky) He's a 25 year old married to a Disney addict lol. I'm slowly turning him around, and he now loves Disney almost as much as I do-almost He's put up with me, but he'll get there. He just got out of the Navy a couple months ago, so we're trying to find some jobs His fave character is Grumpy. They match lol

Mel (the friend) She's an amazing teacher and a great friend who would kill me if I posted her age. I met her when we lived in Japan, and we became pretty good friends. She doesn't like crowds, and doesn't really like Disney, but we convinced her it was a good idea. It's my job to make her happy!

Ebeth (the daughter) Belle is this 17 year old girl's choice for Princess and I absolutely love hanging around her. She helped me convince her mom that this was a good idea. Well the cruise was easy!

Mattie (other daughter) My 7 year old (turning 8) right before the trip is a ball of energy. Seeing her in the parks is going to be GREAT!!

Abe(the boyfriend) Mel's boyfriend-whom I've never met-is coming with us. I just found out yesterday, so we had to make a few changes. As long as he makes her happy-I'M happy!

And the fun just keeps coming! Well after scoring a reservation at Old Key West, we discovered even more fun A friend of DH's and mine called DH and asked him some info about our trip. Well I absolutely love this guy, so I figured it would be fun to have him along. But the numbers game became a slight problem.

5 adults, and 2 kids with 2 bedrooms?? Yeah it didn't work out. We couldn't figure out where to stick Jamie. So back to the drawing board. I decided to look through all of the villas to see where we could stay for not a ton of money. Well grand villas are hella expensive so I thought we were either stuck, or we had to go back to getting multiple rooms. Neither option really helped. We'd end up with 4 rooms (me/dh, Mel/bf, Mel's girls, Jamie) Jamie and the bf don't know each other so staying in the same room or living room as the case may be would just be awkward.

Then I remembered reading about the Treehouse Villas having 3 bdrms. AND they were the same price as the 2 bdrm at OKW!!!! SCORE. So I called today and got lucky. SSR had an opening with the military discount! So now we have 2 queen beds, a set of bunk beds and a pull out couch. YAY!!! It works out perfectly. Now back to more research.

Also, I applied for Disney World. It's been a dream of mine to work there. So if that happens I'd feel odd paying to stay there, but I am down for it anyway!! I'm super excited, but now all the details need to be pounded out. Good thing I have like 9 months lol

Well everything has just changed.....I'm ok with it though! It's now my DH, my friend Mel and her 2 girls, and our friend Jamie and his friend. Not sure if she's a girlfriend, but either way, she's coming The bf is on his way to Afghan, so we're looking for another person to join us!

On the plus side, today was my 180 day for ADRs so here they are!
I got everything that I wanted!! Even the hard to get ones

Day 1: HS-50s PT Cafe
Day 2: EP-Le Cellier for lunch!!! and Cape May Cafe for dinner (Le Cellier was requested, CMC was my request after dinner there last month)
Day 3: MK-CP-805 breakfast on a non EMH day!!!!!! CRT for Dinner (this is like dream meal day. CP is mine and CRT was the ONLY request my one friend made)
Day 4: AK-WCC (the other request from the Le Cellier person)

SOOOOO excited!
