It's pretty exciting---Since we're driving, tomorrow will actually be two weeks until I leave for Disney!

Yes--Pancake Pantry is a major tradition for us! Love it! Have you ever noticed that big bowl of whipped butter at the back near the kitchen? The first time we ever saw it, we were like.... But, it sure does all taste good!

How is it that I have never seen the big bowl of heavenly whipped butter!? I must find it next time.

Well, big fun planned for the family tonight! Kevin and the older kids will get to enjoy my birthday gift (with me, of course) this evening! My birthday was in January, and my gift was purchased then, but we have not been able to enjoy it until tonight.

How fun! We saw them years ago, before they were such a big deal. They were opening for someone, can't remember who though - maybe Toby Keith Anyway, they put on a really good show!! Do your best to embarrass your kids - it's a mother's right ya know!
