hello looking for a little help I,m new

I am new to this board I have been lurking for some time but havent taken the plunge. Just a few questions that might sound dumb..

Is this board to help me find disney rewards or for people who already have them like through cc or other types of rewards,points etc.

Also if this is not through cc does this entail surveys. I'll do almost anything for some disney rewards.

Can I use these on my trip (I am sure the answer is yes but I dont want to assume)

What is QT?or QR?

Any and all info would help
