Hello, Hello, Hello!

Gisele - Gas prices are getting crazy everywhere, it's not just you. Good for you for walking though. I need to do that more often. Well, if I could. I wish I could walk to work but I have to be there before 6a and no way would I do that in this cuh-razy neighborhood. Thankfully I don't have to drive much more than that. My trips to Disneyland will definitely hurt more though. Eek.

Michele - there are tons, haha. I just can't think of how to turn them into a tag-fairy jingle.

I am sure that you will be tagged, and soon, :) and with cool tags too. I personally am hoping for another tag. Not to sound greedy or anything. ;)

I have had to wake up before 6 in the am too, for one job or another. Not easy for me. Because I am so not a morning person. I really do not feel to move, until at least 11 am or later. If I make it anywhere before 2 p.m. I consider myself lucky. :) ;) he he! No, really. Good for you for getting up so early to work, that tells me that you are not lazy, and know the importance of working a job, and are a responsible young woman too. So again, kudos for you! :) :flower:

i think i use up a tank a week.. well between work, then disneyland and then back home again... x5 days a week-yeah that pretty much does use up a tank of gas, as disneyland is 10 min from my office, and 20 min from my house and then 20 min to drive back home from disneyland...it was $3.99 at the chevron by me..of course i picked the cheaper gas because well it was cheaper. but when i get my new car i am hoping it's not such a gas hog!

Bienvenue mes amis!

How is everyone today? Frankly, I am feeling quite chunky right now, and I am so not liking it. Whch is why I decided to walk to the library today. Instead of driving my trusty (So far, thank God!) car. Besides, in my neck of the woods, fuel is nearing for 87, $4.00 a gallon. :faint: double faint!

It's that high here too. And good for you walking, it is much better for you.

Is the answer IASW? Oh no! Ear worm music!

Yes that is exactly what I was thinking.

I think maybe I find it easy because I have been making songs up my whole life. I am a good on the spot lyricist.

For instance a really basic and easy thought was.....

"It's a world of laughter, it's a world of tears.
It's a world of tag hope, and a world of tagless fear.
There's so much that we share, it's time that we're aware it's a tag world after all.
It's a tag world after all, it's a tag world after all, it's a tag world after all, it's a tag, tag world."

:rotfl:

I don't think wanting more makes anyone a tag-hog. They are pretty sweet. I'll take as many or as little as I can get. I just want one at some point. I likey them.

The great thing for me about working early is that I am an early bird. My normal wake-up time has been 5a for so long it's just become routine until lately. My department has been cut a lot of hours so I'm not working that often. But I'll take getting off earlier in the afternoon any day of the week. Plus I beat all the traffic on both ends. But thank you!

That's me. I wake up at 6am the latest everyday. It drives me nuts.

Michele - Nice!! Yeah, I'm not goot with the whole improvisation thing, song wise or other.

I have been doing that sort of thing since I was a little girl. I am a frustrated writer.

;)

Here's something I want to be really lazy about: my class tonight. I just don't have the heart to go. I hate being there until after 9p. I'm a early bird, not a night owl!

Checking in from the parking lot at school. We all haven't been that chatty lately, have we?

Not as chatty as before. This time I only had 2 pages to catch up on from the last few hours where it used to be about 10, lol.

Gas is expensive here too. I think our gas is more expensive here than there. I remember it costing about $30 to fill up my car down there. Here it's between $40 and $45. Ours is $1.08 per liter right now. Not sure what that is compared to your gallons.

Yeah, you Canucks and your metric system! It's generally more expensive for you, but a lot of your costs of living are lower tan ours in the US, right?

Not that I want to get into economical/politcal discussions. Not really DIS'ish for me.

So we're doing this kids stories thing in class where they were supposed draw a picture and tell us about it (the kids). Man I wish we could still be that creative without people thinking we're insane.

I know house costs in Arizona are like a quarter of the price of ours. But not sure what it's like in California. As for utilities I am not sure what the price differences are like.

And yeah, us Canadians like to be different with everything. Just like the Fahrenheit and Celsius thing. That stuff always confuses me.

Sounds like class is a little more interesting today. :)

It is when the little kids description of their drawings involve graphic body parts ...

See, we're the strange ones in the US. Most everywhere e;se uses the metric system. We just have to do things our way.

I have had too much going on.

It is about ten cents less here a gallon.

That doesn't sound fun to me .

I always wondered what the costs to live in California were compared to what we have here. Also I guess that would depend on what wages are like too. Dillon and I often fantasize about moving down there just for a year so we can get an annual pass, lol. It used to be just me that dreamed of that, but I think I turned Dillon into a Disney fan too.

But it's so hard getting a visa to work there and all that. So it is probably out of reach for us.

Our cost of living is outrageous. Seriously.

Good evening everybody.

Sounds like everybodies night is going well.

I agree, gas prices are crazy. We are paying close to $4.00 a gallon. And I don't want to talk about diesel. Which, Jon's truck needs. Ugh. It is almost $5 a gallon. It cost him over $100 to fill up his truck.:headache:

And with the price of gas going up the price of groceries go up too.
