How is it those of us that have kids NEVER spend 2 hours detailing our cars? Oh ya if you manage to get all the cheerios out and the fingerprints off it they will be back within and hour! Quick cleaning is in once you have kids...good thing you gave your car a little love before the baby comes LOL even if it will now get snowed on

So here I am wide awake at 343am because the darn wind is blowing so hard outside it sounds like a banshee screaming!

Morning everybody! I refuse to say "good" morning, cause it's not such a good one at the moment...

Also, I heard back from the Stitch sender today. She said she'd gladly send me a new one if I sent this one back. She said she always sends them in bubble wrap, so she doesn't know why mine wasn't. Something tells me I am going to have to pay out of my own pocket to send him back, so I don't think I want to do that.

Andrea the snow is pretty......but not in the middle of April!!!

So I have to tell you about a horror story on the news last night.....still sick after hearing it. In Vancouver WA, a couple were arrested yesterday when the police found they had been keeping their 6 & 7 yr old autistic sons caged in a room with just a mattress.....no toys, no clothes........when the cop neared the cage door, the boys came to it & were moaning & putting their hands thru tapping their fingers together. I visually saw Michayla.......she moans (no words) & she taps her fingers together.........I was so sickened by this & still am quite emotional about it. I feel so bad for these boys!! Autistic children already have enough problems but then to be treated like that is horrible!!

When they asked the dad why he did that, he said "what was I supposed to do with them, just let them get into everything?" Its a good thing I'm not a cop.....I would have pulled out my gun & shot him right there!!

Wow, Laurie.....That is just awful. No one should ever be treated that way. It's so sad.

Laurie this just sickens me. I am not sure that I could have controlled myself in that situation. There is a special place with the devil for these people.

A few days? Nope already started snowing all that icy wind last night and now it has been snowing all day.. Prayers please for all the little plants that were poking up from the dirt I had in my flower beds yesterday.

We can only hope karma does it's thing KWIM? My prayers are with those kids that they find someone like you to help them recover.

I doubt prosecution will be light in this case. Nor would it be easy to find a forgiving jury.

Your feeling about this are very understandable to me. The fact that is I think that you have a unique understanding about the boys. I pray for those poor little boys.
