So, I've been talking with my cousin about heading out to SJ for the afternoon next Saturday for lunch before she goes back to work. Then there's gonna be a Vinylmation trading thing at a mall out there I might stop by. Hehe.

I am feeling a little better. I still need to figure out where my Crocs are.

I am finally done that book! Thank goodness. That took way too long. It wasn't a bad book, but I just couldn't get wrapped up in it.

Now I am loading the new one on and letting my reader get charged up.

They are going okay. I have learned to not think that people will leave things where you store them. Argh.

My day is ok. Not doing much other than reading. I am kind of itching to get one of the rooms cleared out so I can start setting up baby stuff, but I can't do much, and the guys don't seem in the mood. Oh well.

Today has been a pretty good day so far. Church was nice, then We had to go deliver some girl scout cookies to some of the guys on DH's crew, so we stopped for a Pho lunch and then the fire station. It's nice and sunny today after all that rain yesterday! Did house cleaning yesterday so this afternoon is just kind of a lazy day.

I am a fan of lazy days for sure.

I think I am starting to feel it a bit. Also I am storing all the stuff we have got so far in a closet and it's getting packed. So I just kinda want to start organizing things so I can get a better idea of what we need.

New plans got added for the day. We're watching the Heritage Classic hockey game. I'm not sure the history behind it, but the Flames are playing the Canadiens, and it's being held in Calgary at the football arena. It's a big thing apparently. I've got some friends who paid good money to go to it.

Flames kicked some serious butt tonight!!! 4-0!! It was such an awesome game.

It kind of makes me want to gloat to one of the guys on my facebook who said that they didn't deserve to play in the Heritage Classic game. That made me a little mad. His favourite team is the Edmonton Oilers, and lets just say they are sucking really bad this season.

Hi people. I had to make a trip to the grocery store. We were almost out of toilet paper. That's one item you can't put off for a few days.

Anyways, I am baking a couple chickens for dinner. Got them at Costco yesterday. They smell so good baking. I'm going to make some mashed potatoes and gravy and some bisquits and maybe some corn and peas. Poor Tessa got her braces Wednesday and is not dealing so well with them. And I know this is a favorite meal of hers.

I talked Dillon into a steak dinner tonight. It was so yummy! A little cold to be using the bbq, but we managed. We enjoyed a nice steak while watching the end of the game. It has been a good evening.

We hadn't either. A steak out a restaurant just isn't the same. It's never exactly how you want it. A steak with a baked potato and sauteed mushrooms with a bit of garlic. One of my favourite meals.

We cook on the grill all summer. Jon is quite the professional on the grill. I have yet to find a steak better than his! Last night I made Filet Mignons in the oven and we had king crab legs. It was soooo delicious. A bit of a splurge, but a good one. That darned Costco, all it's fault!!!!!!

We cook on the grill tons in the summer too. It's so good. And Costco can be dangerous! Lol. We got some really good salsa there the other day. It's like it's home made. Mmmm!
