Hello from RPH!

Hello everyone. I am currently in a king bed room overlooking the pool at RPH. The hotel is very nice. The rooms are smaller than PBH or HRH, but the bathroom is a room of its own, athough it's smaller than PBH's. As for food, I've only had the breakast buffet. It was good, but the eggs were greasy. They even serve white rce! The rice was sticky but it was not as sticky as the stuff I make from my rice cooker. I'm using WebTV from my room and it is very difficult to type. I will check in later.

Does every room come with internet access, or does that cost extra? Is it all Web TV? I've never tried that.

No, WebTV is an extra $10. It's also prety terrible. The fee is for 24 hours of use. BTW, it isn"t on the map, but a shuttle bus runs between the resrots and parks. At RPH, the bus stops at the main entrance. I think it'S quicker and less crowded than the water taxi.

Enjoy your visit Barry! We were there 7/4-7/11. Thought the place was beautiful! Cheaper to be eating those Cheeseburgers in Pardise than the resort for sure! Be sure to get one of the Tropical flowere footballs from the pool desk for a souvee...doesn't EVERY guy want one of those? I found at least 5 WDW escapees working at RPH now....they all said they were much happier...hopefully it will reflect on the quality of your trip.

Hey, bathrooms are very importan. You can't go behind a tree! I'm checkng out in 1 hour and flying out of Tampa for Philly. But can I live at RPH? BTW, I saw a lot of dogs at the resort and they seemd all o be purebred!

Did you get your "welcome gift'? In trip report from Antonia, she said they would not give her the welcome gift, only the miles. Thanks for your help-Hope you have a good time!

There he goes, rubbing my nose in it while I spent the weekend in my parent's COMPUTER-LESS guest room in Chattanooga...

I know the Wyndham I was in in Dallas had that $10 WebTV thing. It's good to have the option if you COMPUTER-LESS.
