You are learning faster then me. I don't know how to "cut a quote and past" it to my answer so this will have to do for now.


Elsabear we are in Wallenpaupack School Dist. Not sure if was 5 or 6 days off for snow, but seems like a lot. We still have to get through Jan., Feb., and March.. Maybe even April.. after all we have had snow days in April

We will be in Disney February 26-March 6.

thanks Disney 92 for the encouragment . 8 days and 12 hours untill we set sail for WDW ! usually 8 of us go together . Sometime as many as 12 family members. All close brother in law , sister , niece , nephew . our niece shanna is flying in from Las Vegas where she lives, to meet us in Orlando. We have a ball together. I wouldn't trade these disney memories for anything. My dad , age 85 has been retired and living in Vero beach ( how convienent ) for 25 years now . He always says " he thinks he died and went to heaven " refering to the nice winters in Fla. Compared to the north east tundra

I love this place everyone is so friendly and helpful!!!

When we go we are always with a big group too!!!
Then we meet up with my sister and her family who live in Port St. Lucie and my dad who is in Stuart. I know what you mean about the winters in FL. My family loves to call with "sunshine updates"

We have done Grand Gatherins with as many as 40 people!!! Always a Great time!!!

thanks. Our son Ryan ( age 28 ) left home last year on the disney college program and loved it so much he stayed ! ( he always threatened that he would moving to florida ( WDW) some day and he did. He is a cast member in Epcot. Got a little home sick for the first time Christmas night. Cant blame him there. Guess we will just have to go down to see him more often

Wow ! Great meeting you .No, the ice won't totaly melt up here untill about May , he he . Cant wait to land in Sanford next sunday . I'll take 70 deg. for sure.we seem to be Becoming fair weather folk in our young/old age
My first trip to WDW was in 1973 as a 18 year old kid on " spring break ".I was fortunate then to get stationed in California while in the U.S.A.F.That allowed me a few trips to anaheim.Tig-girl and I have been taking the family now since 1986.We also got her sisters familys involved.It's all good...

Well 'Paupack - Western Wayne - Wayne Highlands - They all do the same thing it seems lol - My kids already were scheduled to have off early the 19th and then have the entire next 2 weeks off If they keep this pace up we will be there till the end of June
We go January 10 to 17th - Can't wait!
