Im also from Manitoba and heading back to WDW on our third trip in a year in exactly 30 days. Our anniversary is in November and we wanted to celebrate there and see the Christmas decorations but we love the light crowds in September (and free dining is a nice bonus too), so that's when we're celebrating this year. Congratulations on your future wedding.
