Hello!

I'm getting married next Saturday, and my wife and I are heading down to Orlando for 8 days, for our Hooneymoon. It will be my first visit to the WDW, at age 22!

Any advice for me??

Best wishes on your upcoming nuptials. May the Lord bless your union and give you long life together.

Welcome :disrocks: :welcome: :bride: (I can't believe there is no groom!)

You will have a great time, are you spending all of it at Disney?

We've got tix to Disney, Seaworld and US+IOA.

We are spending one day at SeaWorld, 5 days at WDW, and 3 at Universal Studios and Isle of Adventrue

WOW!!! You are going to be soooo busy. You should probably get the Unofficial Guide to Disney World (available at any book store). There are actual touring plans for all of the places you are going to be.. even Universal. Its about 20 dollars but it will really help you beat the crowds at all of the parks. Its a huge book but only read the sections that you're interested in. Believe me, it really helps beat the lines!

Have a great time and Congrats!:wizard:

Hi! Welcome and congratulations!!!!

The best advice I've read or heard came from the Tour Guide Mike website. BAsically here's what he says:

THere is no restaurant, no ride, no show, no ANYTHING that's worth your whole vacation. So, if anohter hour on lines or waiting for an ADR you've heard you NEED or anything else is going to make you tired and cranky, simply don't do it. If that means you miss Fantasmic or LeCellier or whatever, it's OK-- they'll be there the next time (though it would be courteous to cancel any ADRs as opposed to simply not showing up.)

But it's unrealistic to think you'll actually see and do it all in one vacation and still enjoy that vacation, particularly a honeymoon.

So go, have a wonderful time together, and see and do what you can. Anything you miss will be there the next time you go.

Again, congratulations as you begin your life together!!
