:D

Hello! My name is Stacey, I'm 22 years old and I live in Maryland. I'm a college student majoring in elementary education, I own 3 dogs (2 labradors, and 1 mix) and work part time at Victoria's Secret.

I will be heading to WDW (and Florida haha) for the first time ever next August! My mom is a tupperware consultant and that is where they hold their annual Jubilee :D We will be staying at the Coronodo Springs Resort from August 12th-15th.

I couldn't be anymore excited. I'm looking into everything now so I can learn about all of the "important stuff" and as the time gets closer we will plan our daily itinerary (or something of the sort)

You are going to have such a GREAT time. Have you ever been before? If not OMG you are going to have a blast - tap into the Princess and you're going to be happy. :banana::banana:

Spend some time on the boards getting used to the terms etc (like CM is Cast Member which is a Disney employee... yes we all do really call them Cast Members). AK (Animal Kingdom etc,.).

Make dinner reservations - hit the restaurant boards - decide what theme parks you're going to hit etc.

Enjoy planning.popcorn::

Thanks for the tips BBG-BLT :D
Haha yeah there's a lot of lingo to decipher! I've got a lot of it down, but I'm still learning.

This is my first trip, as well as my brother (who is 21). My parents both went when they were little (under the age of 5) so we're all looking forward to it! My mom has left the majority of the planning and coordinating up to me (go figure!) so I'm trying to learn as much as I possibly can so I can make dinner reservations if needed and of course plan what parks to visit and when!

You will certainly find all of the information you need here! And if you have any questions don't be afraid to ask. Everyone on here has been very helpful to me!

Welcome to the boards, this is the best place for info, the unnoficial guide book to walt disney world is another good source of information , its well worth the money. A year really can go by so fast and the planning is half the fun! ask away any questions you may have!:cool1:
