Got back an hour ago due to Eurostar being stuck for over an hour in Calais

Had a good time, won't say great (will write in my TR). I'm finding it hard to believe that there weren't that many Xmas decs in the park and our hotel (Sequoia Lodge) was the only hotel NOT lit up in the evenings :confused3

Overall, it was nice, the girls had a great time, Mia filled her book with autographs while Anya was a bit scared of the characters.

Spent far too much on food which has gone from bad to worse, disappointed with Annette's and Cafe Mickey but won't reveal any more details...

Off to bed now but for some bizarre reason had to post first :)

hey up!

Welcome back, looking forward to reading your TR!:thumbsup2

hello. we got back on thursday from the Sequoia, and we commented how all the hotels had some lights outside except ours. and sorry you were dissapointed with Anettes, we atre there for the first time and really enjoyed it. you'll have to post a pic so i can see if i saw you round the hotel!!!

welcome back i got back last night i stayed in the SL as well will not be staying again very disapointed by it also cafe mickey sound's like we had the same-ish holiday LOL

Welcome back, I cannot wait to read the TR. I am really surprised by all the negative TRs coming back, I wonder if they have cut back on cast numbers and cost reductions, because our trips in August and October were some of the best we have ever had at DLP (other than opening year). Hmmmm, I hope we are not taking another set of steps backwards.

Look forward (and please share the good, the bad and ugly) to hearing more.

I went in November and had an amazing time, I get the feeling its been the "busy" christmas time people have been let down during.

The sad thing is that it wasn't busy at all. It was :cold: absolutely freezung monday and tuesday, wet on weds and all the rides were walk on!!! Bit busier on thurs and fri but we've had a lot worse crowds in the summer and a lot happier CMs :confused3

Ema - we're sorry here to hear that you didn't have a great trip - looking forward to the full TR - and will let you know when ours from WDW is done too - glad the girls still enjoyed it though :goodvibes
