. Bought at BLT March 19. Spent last Christmas At VWL and BLT.
Now going through divorce and never thought I'd be planning a trip with me and kids. But here we are booked for 10/28-11/5. I am bringing a friend because with kids 7 & 10 it will be nice to have another adult.

I just booked my flights and now feel like I can start looking forward to our trip. It has been the longest and hardest 7 mos of my life and I havent even been able to get excited about our upcoming trip but finally came back to the boards and can feel that disney magic working it's way into my heart. I will be keeping the timeshare after the divorce. Yeah!

I'm glad you are coming through a tough span of your life, and now have a fabulous trip to plan and enjoy!!!

There is one thing about WDW, it's a magical place where you can leave your troubles behind. :goodvibes

 Divorce is not easy. But it sounds like you have a great attitude.
I hope your time at WDW is magical.:wizard:

:grouphug:Best wishes!

Have a great WDW trip. We've been there at Halloween and it's lots of fun. Besides the MNSSHP you can enjoy festivities at the resorts and at DTD, also along the boardwalk area.

Ditto this 100%. I am so sorry for the tough year that you have but I think you will end up having a great time at Disney with the kids and your friend! :lovestruc

I know what you're going through...my spouse left me last month after 20 years. :confused3 My 15-year old daughter and I are still going to the World in two weeks for our planned vacation. I'm resolved not to let the situation (and him) spoil our fun getaway to the World!

Enjoy your trip!

[Sorry to hear about your split as well. I hope you and your daughter have a great time you deserve it. Everyone is right you can forget your troubles as soon as you arrive !! Hope things work out for you as smoothly as possible, nothing has been smooth as of yet for us.

I always feel a little better after I enter Magic Kingdom and see the statue of Walt holding Mickey's hand in front of the castle. I wish you all a magical trip.:wizard:

I am so sorry for the difficult last few months. I have always found that the weight of the world lifts off my shoulders once I pass through those wonderful purple gates at WDW. I know that you and your kids will have a fabulous time and find some healing as well!

Best of luck on these first steps on your new life!

I just wanted to wish you best of luck. Disney is always magical and might be just what the doctor ordered.
