Do you think my DD-9 will have any problems getting on the roller coasters at US and IOA she is 53 1/2 " tall with shoes? Are they super strict or will this be close enough? Family will be leaving Tuesday July 8 for a week stay at HRH. There is no more time for her to grow. ;)

you should check the universal website for that info.
since i don't have littles with me, i don't remember the height restrictions.

the website has so much info you will be amazed.

Yes they are very strict. I actually witnessed an incident at Simpsons where the mom (who was actually very nice about it all) said she'll be back so she can put some stuff in her daughters shoes. I guess saying "child's safety" meant nothing to her. :confused3

DD8 barely made the height requirements for Hulk & Dragons. She is 53 1/2 without shoes. We were there for five days & I lost track of how many times they measured her. DS13 claims that we rode Dragon eleven times. FOTL was great, good luck. But I would go with what they say, it really is for your child's safety. Those requirements are designed so that the safety harnesses fit correctly. Have fun.
