Height of summer...Large group...FP Success!

Was a hairy morning as MDE was telling me “all FP have been distributed for your dates” and I was looking 60+5 - 60+9 days out!

The website and app were not loading, kept getting error messages, so I called. The CM I spoke to asked me to use an incognito window on Chrome. Once I did that, it was smooth sailing.

We were able to get all the “big ones” including FOP, SDD, Alien Saucers, 7 Dwarfs, FEA, all with 13 people in the middle of summer.

Super appreciative of all of the help and advice on these boards! The best advice was be patient

It's just a new window in your browser that doesn't have all your saved passwords and history etc stored

Curious. What browser were you using from the beginning and what type is system? Mac or Windows?

Sorry for letting the cat out of the bag Figured I would save maybe a few people from a trip-planning fiasco!

I was using Google Chrome on my iMac. I was also using the MDE app on my iPhone and both were giving me the same error message "all FP distributed on your dates" and giving me the slow-spinning blue circle. When I called, the CM suggested opening an incognito window through Google Chrome. Had a few slow spots, but ended up having success

and how do you create an incognito window?

Depends on what browser you're using. Google it.

I think in chrome you just right click the icon in your task bar and click "open new incognito window" or something

Yes, you should be able to just click on File within Chrome and incognito is one of the options.

Using Chrome on Windows: Ctl + Shift + N = open new incognito window (third option down when choosing "open menu" on top right)

And congrats to the OP and thanks for the tip, my FP day is a couple weeks away...
