I have no idea how you're going to stay up that late! Then again, neither do I! Nor do I know how I'm going to make it up for an 8:00 ADR at Crystal Palace! Don't feel too much pressure, though. I will go either way. Of course, I would so enjoy the company, but seriously...no pressure to stay up that late.

The weather for our trip is looking positively lovely! Everytime I check, I just more and more excited!!

We hope to have a nap when we get back from the DREAM. The only thing I really fear is ........ we did just that last year - took a nap and then refused to get up again and never made it to EMH!

The weather still looks lovely for the first part of the trip, rain for the second part, but I guess that can change - still quite some time out!

I know I will be enjoying the creme brulee at WPE on August 19th!!!!

Rosie, I hope to enjoy it next Sunday! And I will eat a few wonderful creamy bites in your honour!

Your day last great. Everyone must be so excited for the dis meet and we are all very excited to hear about, plus see all the pictures.

I love seeing all of your WPE pictures. We have never tried it and I am trying to squeeze it in this trip, but honestly I hate getting over to DTD. I think next trip we will stay at SSR or OKW so we can be closer. Then, I can try all the yummy things I see in your pictures.

I am really looking forward to our DISmeet! And you can be certain - you WILL hear all about it!

You have not been to WPE yet? You missed some great food!
We enjoy having a car, so getting over to DTD is no big deal, but last summer we used the resort boats from OKW and it took quite a while. If you make it to DTD and WPE - try the Creme Brulee - yummyyyyyyy!!

Karin, you have been neglecting this thread! For shame! Just kidding. Just saying hello and I have to tell you that the weather reports for our week at Disney just keep looking better and better. Wednesday could be 84 degress and sun, sun, sun. I can't even believe this is possible! I am so excited. And looking forward to hearing what your "finalized" plans are for the remainder of the week. It is looking like we might be spending a fair amount of time at the Dig Site, which makes me super happy, as you can probably tell.

Somehow the week before report cards are due, is always so hectic. But I hope to be able to update tomorrow and post the rest of our plans. Thankfully I should have Tuesday off too! If I can't do it tomorrow, there is always Tuesday!

Somehow it feels so surreal - only 6 more sleeps! 5 more days of work and off we go!

Karin, I am getting excited for you and all you other DISers who have been checking in here who will be in WDW in a few short days! I hope you have some great weather!!!!!! I love all your pictures and that pizza picture is making me hungry!!!

Your day is so long and your clock will be off - You are a better woman than I am, Karin! I don't know how you do it!

I would end up taking that nap before drinks at the contemporary and sleep until 3 am or something. In fact, when I was much younger even I did that when we went to Japan. We were told, "don't lay down until bedtime." Okay, just to put the baby down...

Actually I am not sure HOW we are going to do it, but we will try. Since we only have one week we need to "cram" in as much as possible and EMHs until 3 am are just so much fun - the CMs are all relaxed and having fun themselves! I love it.

And the "don't lay down thing" is for real. You need to really wait for bedtime, otherwise your clock will stay off for quite some time. Been there, done that!

I am sooo excited for you and Tom, I just read the entire PTR and that safari sounds like a great time. I can't wait to hear all about it. I hope there are no surprises at the rental car place, unless of course it is a really fabulous car like the one last summer. I am hoping the weather is good too. We warmed up in Atlanta this weekend, and tomorrow we are going to be a high of 61. Orlando is usually 10-15 degrees warmer than us, give or take.

"There is NO sleeping visiting WDW!!!!"

Thank you! I cannot believe we are less than a week away!

We get a week off for half term - there are three different "term holidays" in Austria. Ours is always the third one and the third full week in February.
Our principal, Bruni, was nice enough to decide that we will finish school on Friday at 11.45am! Yeah - that's two hours early for me! We'll leave on Saturday at 11am and return back home on the following Sunday at around 3pm. We are off to work the next day. Tom needs to get up at 4am!!!
But WDW is so worth it!

Oh, Karin, you & Tom would have so enjoyed MF - and you could have attended most of the Meets without signing up beforehand. Everyone was sooo welcoming! But who am I to speak of such things being one of the most shy people on earth in a new group; One on one, not so much...well, not at all.
