HEextra magic hours for one day vaca.

We are going to disney for a week and we are thinking about staying at a resort for one night... now my question is what days can you use the extra magic hours and if i buy tickets through another site can they be used for the emh
more or less can we check in that day use the emh night hours and then the next day either use the emh morning or night when we check out or is that not something we can do?

Staying one night at a disney resort really means you are a disney guest for 2 full days. So you can use EMH the night you check in and the following morning as well, and also that night. You are considered a guest until midnight of the night you checked out. You can even use your room key to charge things after you have checked out of the hotel.
Where you buy your tickets has nothing to do with EMH, that is only a matter of where you stay.
