Heavy storms cause power outages, were you affected?

Sounds like some resorts and Disney springs had power outages yesterday.
Is everything back on now?

We were staying at Saratoga and yes, the power went off around 7:30 pm I think. We were eating at Artist's Palette at the time. We went back to our room and had to use the flashlights on our phones for a while until the power came back on (maybe an hour later or so). On the upside, once the power came back on, my two teenage boys went to the resort arcade and they stayed there for almost 2 hours because all the games were running without requiring any tokens. Not sure if that was somehow a glitch caused by the outage or not but they had a great time!

We were at Saratoga too....lost electric. It really was an inconvenience and I was surprised in someways that there wasn’t an emergency backup of some sort. I was cooking a light dinner and doing laundry at the time. This was not our favorite trip. Wasn’t too happy with the work being done at the Grandstand pool either. Things just weren’t the same this time.

Probably too late for askers, but I was at ASMovies that night and did not lose power--afaik.

Seems like it was the Disney Springs area that lost power. Glad it wasn't off very long for those of you experiencing it.
