Heavy Call volume - per CRO

I'm on hold now for 10 minutes to request a confirmation for my latest rate change.

I'm told there is really heavy call volume. What is going on ??

That's what's going on. A new code came out today that is published on the disneyworld.com site, so folks are making ressies and changing ressies.

I had a really nice cast member who said they've been bombarded with a new promo out today.

He also said to check back by the end of the week or beginning of next week for the AP rate.

I know that's probably a canned answer, but , we still hope.

I have been told by some cm's that they have no idea when the AP rates will be released, some have said April 9th and 2 have said there won't be any this year. Hopefully the cm you spoke with is right.

I think it's anybody's guess at this point. I wish I owned stock in the phone company though.

The CM I just spoke to said either the end of this week or the beginning of next. He said with all the codes coming out today, the AP is usually the last one to come out.

He admitted the timing of Disney releasing these codes is to generate business considering what is going on with Iraq.
