heating unit question

A few weeks ago we had our regular fall cleaning. We have a service contract. At this time the man also replaced the outside vent because the smoke alarm had been going off. Now DH & I are noticing dripping under the tank that hangs from up above. DH wants to call and have the guy back again before we leave on our cruise so we dont come home to a flood. Seems I just paid this guy for the other part and service and now I need to pay him again for more parts and service? ahhh

Should be no cost if you have a service contract.
