Heated Pools?

We are taking our DD, SIL and 3 grandchildren to DW for a week starting 11/25, staying at the BWV. DH and I go this time of year quite often but we're not interested in the pools. Will it be warm enough to swim this time of year. I know Tyhoon Lagoon is closed but will Blizzard Beach be warm enough to enjoy?

Should be. Yes all the pools are heated. In fact, in December when we went last year, the pool at OKW was too warm.

Glad to hear this answer because we intend to go to Typhoon Lagoon when we are there in late December.

This is such a hard time of year to predict weather wise.

The pools are heated, but it's the air temp that you have to worry about. It can be pretty chilly. We've experienced it going down to the 40's.

Fortunately, it's usually very pleasant, but you just never know.

Typhoon Lagoon at the end of December is even more iffy.

Yes, but that is half the fun isn't it! I wonder if the reason they close down Blizzard Beach in late December for the rehab each year is because people couldn't tell the difference between reality and theming at that time of the year?
