Heated pools at Poly?

Is it true that the Poly's pool(s?) is/are heated? I was thinking this would be a major plus in early January. My in-laws put heat in their pool two years ago, and now my kids have become temperature wimps (they've been known to gripe about the AM temp of unheated pools in Philadelphia in August). The CR's pool isn't heated, correct?

I don't think that the Polynesian's pools are heated. The quiet pool gets a lot of sunlight, so it is REALLY hot. The volcano pool is average pool temperature.

We have been at the Poly after Christmas through New Year's for the past three years. The pools had steam coming off of them and it was really bad when we had temps down in the high 30's. I felt the water and yes, the pools are heated but I would guess that they are only heated in the winter months. Kathy

All the pools at all the WDW resorts are heated.

Agree on all the pools at Disney World resorts are heated. Just remember that at the Polynesian, there is no hot tub so you would have to use the pool for the only heated outdoor water option.
