We've been to WDW twice in September; once in 2000 and again in 2002.
When we were there in 2000 it was so unbelieveably hot and humid and we were miserable. DH worked in a steel mill by blast furnaces right after he got out of college so he's used to the heat. But, he was really miserable during that trip. He'd walk outside and be drenched in sweat within a matter of a couple of minutes. He swore we'd never go back in September but we did in 2002 because I wanted to get another trip out of my AP. That year it was hot but not as bad as 2000.
Oh, and in 2000 our first day there was super rainy and windy because there was a hurricane blowing up the Gulf Coast of FL.
Just make sure to take lots of breaks, drink LOTS of water and get a mister fan.

-they melted more quickly than we could eat them. He sat on one bench, I went and sat on another. I didn't want to talk to him, or really be near him. I was sick of the heat and sick of him!
