Heartguard & Interceptor

I have bought heart guard through Pet Care Rx. Last time though, I printed the price sheet out and my local vet matched it.

You could ask your vet to prescribe Iverhart instead of the Heartgard. Same ingredient, just less expensive. Not a whole lot less -- but everything helps! I was paying $40 and change for the Heartgard, and the Iverhart is $34 for a 6-month supply. (Switching was my vet's idea, BTW.)

My dog has had no problems with the Iverhart. The only difference for is is that it's not the big meaty chewable that Heartgard is. It's still chewable, but more pill-like and harder. I just have to wrap it up in cheese and she wolfs it down no problem. :thumbsup2

I get it from 1800petmeds they will price match and there is usually coupons online. Their service is good and shipping is free over $49.

Frontline plus is $44 at my vet, $37 at Costco here if you're a member. It's not a big difference but I've got 2 dogs so it helps.

Costco is the same price shipped if your store isn't nearby. (Frontline)
