Heartbroken, please help lost ring!

I know what it's like to lose important things...I had one of those Disney charm bracelets...the ones that you buy all the clip-on charms for at WDW...and I lost it at work. Now, I work in a high school and so I had no hope of anyone actually being honest and turning it in. I ended up buying a new one (with even more charms, so it's so heavy I can hardly ever wear it). THEN, a week ago, one of my students brought the old one to me--someone had found it in a flowerbed and put it in the lost-and-found!!! it's all rusty now, of course, but at least I found it. So you just never know when these things are going to show up!

I have one crazy place for you to look if you don't find it in your closet. The Refrigerator!!!

Not long before my husband passed away, he lost his wedding ring. We looked everywhere, but never found it. Not long after he passed, I was cleaning the refrigerator and couldn't stop laughing and crying when there, under the crisper drawer, was the wedding ring! His fingers must have shrunk and it just slipped off while he was reaching for something in the fridge. Anytime I'm missing a ring, that's now the first place I look.

Well i do now have a clean closet, however I did not find the ring! I did find 10 different Mickey tote bags of all shapes, sizes and colors! One of them even had still in it from our first trip. I was having a stressful day and was late meeting my Dsis and DF at the castle for breakfast. The CM saw that I was stressed and sprinkled me and my kids with pixie dust. Some of it landed in my bag so we always kept it in there for that memory. I also found some money that I left in my old purse! Not a lot but it will go in our Disney vacation fund! I keep finding all kinds of things but no ring. I will keep looking!

I hope that you find your ring. I've kept the gifts that my 2 DS's have given to me throughout the years. I know how you must be feeling. Last year my husband's wedding ring was tight and irritating his finger while we were on vacation in Maine...humid weather I guess. There was no safe in the room so he stuck it in one of his rolled up tube socks. As he didn't wear them he threw them in his drawer at home. Well a few weeks later he asked ME where his ring was. He was really upset...forgetting that he had put it in the socks...and figured he lost it while on vacation. Well I thought and thought and traced back on the days of our vacation and all of a sudden I could picture him putting the ring in the rolled socks...went to his drawer and there it was in one of his socks! I hope something like this can work for you. Good luck!

After my DD was born I lost a lot of weight. I lost my wedding ring one day and went all over town, post office, grocery store, everywhere. After much crying I finally changed my poor neglected babies diaper and there it was. No she didn't eat it first! Of course her daddy who had been watching her hadn't changed her.

aw, i'm so sorry you lost your ring! that is the sweetest thing i've ever heard that your son would go out and do something that nice for you! you are a very lucky woman to have such a loving son!

i really hope you find it! i remember one time when i was little i was playing in a leaf pile and lost one of my favorite rings. i was sure that i was never going to find it again. i was crying to my mom and she told me to say a prayer to st. anthony and sure enough, i have no idea how, but i found it in the leaf pile! that was my first thought when i read this post! haha. seems like everyone else knows about his good luck too!
