Heart Healthy Restaurants

Good morning!

We are planning a trip to the World in December. My TA got us such a great rate at POFQ that we are able to bring my parents along with us (this is their first trip in about 25 years)!

I am so excited, and am doing all the planning. We have 3 kids (8, 9, 11) and last time we went to Disney we enjoyed many restaurants. This time I'm planning with my dad in mind, who had quadruple bypass surgery 1 1/2 years ago. I've already decided CRT is out (way too much high fat and high cholestrerol foods).

I thought this might be the best board to ask my question -- is there any place on the web to find a list of heart healthy restaurants? I checked Deb's pages, but she didn't have that.

I don't know about heart healthy restaurants, but I'm pretty sure that CRT does a healthy option, at least they used to.

Another option if you want to have a special dinner is call the resturant and talk to the chef. With advance notice, all of the sit down resturants will prepare meals for people with special dietary restrictions.
