Is this for PhotoPass? One time I completely spaced paying for mine on time, it was passed the deadline by a few weeks. I called and sat on hold until I got through to a real person. He was able to check the server and luckily the photos weren't wiped yet. He reactivated them so I could purchase. With the shortage of staff these days, I would try contacting directly. If you have the time to wait, hopefully you'll eventually get someone who can look into the issue while you're on the phone! Good luck!!
