Heard from Small World Vacations?

I was just wondering how many of you have heard from Small World Vacations yet? I have e-mailed and called but am unable to reach them. I have heard of one person getting a call this morning. To be fare I bet they are swamped or are trying to get theses rate for everbody. I just hope I hear from them soon. I don't know if I should wait for them to contact me or should I call disney myself to try to get the AP rate???

I did hear from SMV that same day and they did get me a great AP rate. I would highly recommend using Small World Vacations not only did I get a great rate but Sue called me just make sure that everything was going ok and that I had been contacted. That is what I like to see a company that goes over and beyond. My TA is Barbara and she has been great I highly recommend her. They did contact me in the afternoon to tell me the great news but it was very surprising to me that Sue surfs these treads to make sure nobody is having problems and she follows up just to make sure there is not a problem. Talk about great customer support. I will use them from now on. So once again Great job Small World Vacations.

Im like you!!! I jumped the gun and called my agent!! She was really great and on top of it...she told me she takes care of all the booked clients first and then goes back and contacts them with their new rates!! Mine had already been modfieid YAYAY :::doingthehappyImgoingback dance:::: Id bet theyre working on it...they are so awesome!!!!!! THANKS SWV!

I can assure you that travel agents are working very hard to save money for their clients! Discounts were just released yesterday and it does take time to modify all of the reservations and notify everyone.

If you have a question for your agent, just shoot them an email and they will get back to you ASAP!

We sent ours an e-mail yesterday after reading on Mousesavers/Disboards about the AP's being released. Ours sent us an e-mail back within the hour letting us know that our discounts had already been applied before we even asked.

We have a GREAT Representative by the way (Diana) - she is the BEST!
