Heard about drink prices in the parks...

Was the rumor that drink prices in the parks went down confirmed? I asked a CM who works in merchandising & she said yes, but she also said they now have refillable mugs in the parks. I know better than to get my hopes up because she said her kids bought all her drinks there. Maybe she had this confused with some other promotion. I'm sure if this were true someone here would have mentioned it already. Can anyone confirm or deny?
