Which value or moderate resort(s) will have the overall healthiest dining options? I have to be a little careful about what I eat (can't do pizza or greasy foods more than about once a week) and am curious about the resort that may be the best fit for us.

Also, do the moderates have a mini fridge in the rooms? I know the values usually have a beverage cooler. Thanks for your help!

The food courts all have a lot of options, like sandwiches and salads, AoA has omelets. This is where huge resorts like Pop and AoA are really going to have a lot more choices.

But even something like the Coronado grab and go is going to have some sandwiches and salads. You can see menus or Youtube videos of all of this if your question is more specific.

They are all about the same in terms of offerings especially in the food courts. You can almost always find a healthy option anywhere at disney. Most of the times I would order grilled chicken salads or grilled chicken sandwiches and add some fruit. I can't eat a ton of greasy food either, not by my choice but my bodies' choice lol. You will find that some of the "healthier" food choices are still kind of greasy, and very salty. I think the mods are also beverage coolers as are most of the resorts now.
