I work in healthcare and I live in NJ.
Is there anyway she can qualify for NJ KidCare just to cover her son? She's a teacher so she's not rolling in the dough. She may qualify and just have to pay a premium which won't be $509 a month. It wouldn't be free.
We have patient's who do this. Mom has insurance through her job but the kids covered through the state.
