and while we're at it - the same thing goes for beer lines - that's why I now get beer from a bottle instead of "on tap" at many places!

Now I'm thinking about my home fridge ice dispenser. Figuring out how to disinfect that entire system has just been added to tomorrow's to-do list.

HA is there a way to do this. I seriously need to know. I'm freaked out about ours!

And this whole thread led me right back to highschool and my food service days... A few years later in microbiology all the "stuff" that they said we had to do made sense... Unfortunately it wasn't taken too seriously by me and my coworkers at the time. Ugh.

I don't know if it has been mentioned, but when we were in WDW last January you could not get a ressie for several days at Ohana. It was closed - coincidence?
