Google Orlando Sentinel Restaurant Inspections and you will find a list of all restaurants in the Orlando area with their latest inspection reports.
Here is a just a random sample of some popular WDW restaurants:
Inspected 8/11/2015 Chef Mickey's 15 violations
Inspected 9/16/2015 Boma 9 violations
Inspected 7/14/2015 Le Cellier 9 violations
Inspected 8/28/2015 Cape May 4 violations
Inspected 8/28/2015 Beaches N Cream 0 violations
The violations for Chef Mickey's, Le Cellier, and Boma are really unacceptable, and it is hard to believe
that Disney would tolerate such lax standards.
I couldn't be bothered searching all the other WDW restaurants, but it makes you wonder what is going on in all their other kitchens.

Every restaurant in every town in America will have a violation. Can you supply a list of every restaurant in the Disney World area who has a 100% rating?

Meh. Since it doesn't specify what the violations were, for me these are meaningless. Now, if I saw what these violations were, and also saw that they were a recurring problem, THEN I might have some concern.

Those touring plan blog posts do go into detail on recent specific MK and Epcot violations. Only a few are concerning to me.

Yep. The touring plan reports were much more informative. At least they make an effort to compare results from one inspection to the next.

what were the violations? Some are so minor such as a worker not having the proper gloves or hat on, All depends on the mood of the inspector at the time and if he has a chip on his/her shoulder at the time of the inspection and if the inspector has an ax to grind. I have dealt with inspectors of many different types in different areas and they are human and they do hold grudges and do interpret regulations they way they want.
So if there are minor violations in restaurants and are easily fixed so what. If they are major then they have a small time frame to fix them and be reviewed again or be closed.
And as others of said it happens at almost every dining place in the US So your favorite mom and pop in your home town has had a violation at 1 time or another

Could mean anything. A back door latch may be loose. The dates on when the can opener was last cleaned not clear. Spray bottle label could be worn. Light fixture flashing. Hood cleaning service or beer line service overdue. Temperature on the dish machine too high. Rubber floor mat may be missing. Cans not rotated properly. Could be anything. If there wasn't a violation would be strange to me.

The number means nothing to me. There is a long checklist the inspectors use, and they rate each type of violation. When I was a server and we got inspected we were more worried about the rating. Food temperature, both hot and cold, and food storage were tops!

All true, and I know from experience! We had a small Mom and Pop Restaurant at our resort, and we had the health inspector at regular visits. He couldn't find anything, so he looked at our stove hood and there was an old valve on it? or something like that, and we got a violation. He said he had to come up with something once in a while to keep his job. Just saying. We closed that part of our operation after a year due to being too costly vs income for our small resort.

We have had some of these in our city, know what some of the violations are? Some employees didn't have food handling permit, certain food stored above another food, most of the violations do not affect the food quality or cleanliness.

It's a theme park I'm sure I get many more germs just touching the handrails then eating my steak at Le Cellier...

I wouldn't worry about this. In our area small numbers of violations such as these can also mean minor things. I'd have to know specifically what the violations were for.

A piece of paper on the floor counts as a violation. A trash can too close to a food prep area counts. So does a utensil sitting on the counter, or milk sitting next to the pot you're cooking in. Should there be those things, no, but I guarantee you there is not one home kitchen that would receive no violations. Even 15 isn't crazy high, not great but not worth worrying about either.

The report is useless without specific violations, and they shut down restaurants with any serious (live cockroaches/rats, backed up sewage, broken sinks, etc) violations.

I work in NJ as a health inspector and inspect restaurants everyday. If they don't list the "violations", imo the report is useless. The kind of violation is most important, did they get sited for foodhandlers handling ready to eat foods with their bare hands or did they get a violation for dust buildup in one of their walk-in refrigerators? Big difference. Also, it depends on the inspector, unfortunately I know of some who go in and pass establishments without barely inspecting them, sad but true.

Could mean anything

1) We have controlling interest in two restaurants (1 fine dining and 1 breakfast-lunch-only Blue-Plate-Special-Diner).
2) When inspectors come, we can also get violations.
3) Most are VERY minor.
4) As the public, you need to worry about SERIOUS violations.
. . . these are those which can make you sick (or worse)
. . . these include improper fridge or freezer temps which can promote bacteria
. . . minor violations are still important and require attention, but are not injurious to your health
