Heads up for plan fudgers in 2007

I have a teenage niece staying in my room and we are all receiving disney dining. My niece and her family are not coming up until the end of our ten night trip. Can my three year old use her adult credit dining points. It will be a lot of food, but he likes adult foods, like salmon. It will be a big waste if we don't use it. Last year, my son was two and used one adult ts dining credit for a kids meal. Has this changed as well?
