The Dis definitely seems to have one thing much better than The Dark Side. Ticketing. We bought an AP through AAA and picked it up from the ticket booth at lunch today. No one mentioned we had to do anything else. Went to eat, ran back to the room to change, and came back to the park ready for some IoA. Waited about 10 minutes in line and were told we had to go to Guest Services to activate the AP. Why didn't the guy who handed this to us earlier mention that? Especially annoying since no one was over here when we picked up the tickets earlier. Didn't know didn't care. So now we're waiting in what will likely be the longest line of the night. Actually it may be the only line of the night at this rate. It's 515pm, we've been standing here since about 5, there are 3 windows open, and we haven't moved.

Hopefully the experience improves tomorrow.

If you purchase an AP through the Universal website, you can go directly to the turnstiles. We just did this last week. I guess it is because you hadn't filled out your personal information for the AP when you purchased through AAA.
