I'm so excited! We are heading HOME to Disneyland for a visit the week before Memorial Day 2017!! I know a ton has changed, and this will be my first visit with my OWN kiddos (10 and 18 months at that time), but I can't wait to take them. We took my older boy to WDW a few years ago, and it just wasn't for him. He has some disabilities, and hated all of the time we spent waiting to do things, and the time it took to travel places. And yes, this was even with a GAC. I know the DAS is different - we've used similar passes other places, and it worked well for him. But the proximity of everything at DLR and DCA will be much better for him, I think.

I grew up in Southern AZ and went to DLR every summer growing up. I'm just excited and had to share!

Oh, but I do have a question - recommendations for character meals? Are they all just breakfast or are there any lunches or dinners?

Also, how long is the line to meet Chewbacca usually? Any tips for that?

When we were there in July the line for chewy was always longer than Kylo Ren so we never waited for him. It was anywhere from 30-45 min.

The only character meal that servers dinner is Goofy's Kitchen and I believe their "breakfast" runs really late too (like until noon or later)
